Shipping policy

We do not make any additional charge for postage throughout the United Kingdom, however we do make an additional charge for worldwide postage.

We aim to prepare your order for posting within 2 working days of receipt, with an estimated dispatch time of 3 working days from receipt of your order. Please communicate to us when placing your order if you require a faster service and we will do our best to comply with your request.

When ordering more than one item - we aim to combine postage wherever possible.

Throughout the United Kingdom we generally use the Royal Mail Signed For service. For very fragile or very high value items we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We have been posting fragile items worldwide for many years now and always take the greatest of care to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

For International postage we use the Royal Mail Tracked/Tracked and Signed For services for parcels weighing up to 2Kg. We use International Tracked Courier services, which we book through 'Interparcel', for parcels weighing over 2Kg. As we have a set price for posting up to 2Kg we ask that you please contact us directly for a quote for postage costs for any orders over 2Kg. 

Full tracking information will be provided once your parcel is dispatched.

If you reside outside of the United Kingdom you are responsible for any duties and customs charges, sales taxes and any other local charges. Please check with your local customs office for further information since each country has its own rules and regulations.
