Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase - however in the event that you are not happy for any reason please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the issue.

To start a return, you can contact us at derbycollectables@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we ask that you return your item using the Royal Mail Signed For service, as proof of posting will be required should your item not arrive with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it wherever possible. If your item has been damaged during transit we will require photographs showing the packaging and the damaged item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded (including the return postage costs) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
