• Do you charge for postage? - We offer free postage throughout the United Kingdom on purchases made through our Website. Overseas postage is charged at the appropriate rate based on weight. 
• Do you combine postage? - Yes we combine postage wherever possible.
• Do you post fragile items? - Yes - we have been posting fragile items worldwide for many years now. We use quality packaging materials and take the greatest of care with parcelling to ensure your item arrives safely.
• Which carrier do you use? - When posting throughout the United Kingdom we use the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For delivery service. For our more fragile or very high value items we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. 
• Do you post overseas? - Yes - we have been posting overseas for many years now. For parcels up to 2Kg we use the Royal Mail International Tracked/Tracked and Signed For Services and for those over 2Kg we use Express International Courier Services which we book through 'Interparcel'.
• Do you have a physical shop? - No we sell solely online from our Website and from our long established presence at 'Derby Collectables on ebay'. 
• Do you only sell Royal Crown Derby? - We specialise in Royal Crown Derby (Past and Present) as well as select statement pieces for your home. We also sell select pieces by Derbyshire manufacturers of the past including Abbeydale; Crich Pottery and Langley Pottery as well as other quality homewares and collectables for your consideration from throughout the United Kingdom and beyond.
